Is Heisenberg Babytron’s Uncle?

Babytron is one of the hottest rappers out of Detroit right now. With his 808 heavy club beats and his hilarious punchlines, it’s no wonder he’s rising to the top of the charts. However, his music sports a mystery to which the answer has been eluding us for years: who is Babytron’s uncle? In nearly every song, Babytron has at least one line about how his uncle (or “unky” as he calls it) is up to some nefarious acts. And after many hours of research, hard work, and theorycrafting, I am proud to say that I have come to the conclusion that Heisenberg, from the critically acclaimed TV show Breaking Bad, is actually Babytron’s mysterious uncle.

Let’s start off with the easiest pill to swallow. In his song 6 Star Wanted Level, Babytron shouts out his uncle by saying, “Unky in the kitchen he a chemist making lines harder.” It’s not rocket science to see this is obviously a reference to the legendary Walter White. In his business, those who produce the product are referred to as “cooks,” so it makes perfect sense that Walter’s place of work, whether it be the lab or the RV, would be referred to as a “kitchen.” And we’re all aware of Mista White’s qualification in the chemistry field. As for the making lines harder bit, I think this is actually Babytron referencing Jesse Pinkman, as Jesse Pinkman is an experienced rapper (listen to his voicemail message), and it’s likely that Jesse helps Babytron improve on his lyrics and make them go harder.

There’s also Babytrons line in Euro-Stepper, claiming that “Unky in the mountains outta town where it’s slow service.” This one is a no-brainer. It’s a reference to how Waltuh would drive his RV to the deserts of New Mexico to avoid police detection.

There’s also “Chopstick rusty, unky sliding with a old rifle,” which is said in his Prince of the Mitten song. This is a reference to the old revolver that Walter had to steal from Krazy 8 in episode one.

It’s also important to notice that in the same song, he claims, “Unky in the kitchen whipping in a Chrome Heart mask,” which is a reference to the scene where Jesse and Walter kidnap Saul, in which they are both wearing ski masks.

Unfortunately, this is where drawing connections gets harder. I suggest you get a pen and paper out to take notes.

In “King of the Galaxy,” Babytron says that his “Unky finna make the dog fight, he gotta pet it first.” At first, I didn’t understand what this meant. But as I rewatched Breaking Bad for the fourth time, I understood. In the episode “Problem Dog,” Jesse talks to his AA group about how he had to kill a dog, clearly using it as a metaphor for, spoiler, killing Gale. Babytron is also using this metaphor, likening the dog to Jesse, and saying how Heisenberg is trying to manipulate Jesse into joining him in the fight against Gustavo Fring, but he has to “pet” or manipulate Jesse’s emotions before he can do that.

On his track “Next Level,” Babytron shouts out his unky again, saying, “Shoutout unky in the kitchen, call him Mister Get-It-Gone.” This refers to how Mr. White got his bag in the criminal underworld, then disappeared when he got a new dust filter for his Hoover Max Extract Pressure Pro 60. As for why unky is still in the kitchen, that’s because his work wasn’t truly done when he was in hiding, as he still had to get his money to his family. As he says in “Ozymandias,” “I’ve still got work left to do.”

At this point, I was certain that Heisenberg, from the hit TV show Breaking Bad, was Babytron’s uncle, but I was still uncertain as, after all, Walter isn’t known to have any siblings, and Marie doesn’t have any kids. So how could Walter have a nephew? I almost gave up, but then I found a rare Breaking Bad clip, distributed only online. The clip takes place on Hank’s wedding day, where Hank is talking to Walter and admits that after his bachelor’s party, he went to a bar and cheated on Marie. This solves all problems with the theory, as Hank cheated on Marie after his bachelor party, and 9 months later the greatest rapper out of Detroit was born.
