Mark your calendars – the Semi is coming up on April 25th! As another year rolls around, the famous “yacht-semi”, pops up again. What makes the Oratory Semi so special is that instead of being stuck inside a hot, sweaty gym, all Freshmen and Sophomores are invited to come alone or bring a date onto the three-story yacht. 

The yacht takes a trip to the Hudson Bay, passing by the Statue of Liberty. On the bottom floor of the yacht, students are provided with a buffet of various foods, with tons of space and opportunity to socialize. The second floor provides free drinks and a dance floor. Lastly, on the third floor, you can hang out on top of the mega-boat. It’s a great place to see some amazing views or to just catch a breath of fresh air.

The Semi isn’t an event you want to miss, you only get two of them. By now, payments have been made, and we hope to see everyone there.
