The Review

Mr. McCrystal is a very honest and respectable man, so when he suggested that I rate the Pascarella Brothers in Chatham, I listened. Mr. McCrystal says this bagel sandwich is his favorite–and I trust him. But Mr. Breault ,Caden Breault’s dad, whom I respected, suggested I get a bagel that was MID. So as Ronald Reagan would say, I must “trust, but verify.”

Now, onto the review of this bagel. I walked in on a Saturday morning at around 9 A.M, so it was pretty busy. But the bagels came out pretty slow. However, when I sat down at their tables, I figured out why they took some time getting these out. This bagel consisted of 5 thick Taylor ham slices, 2 big eggs, and cheese throughout the sandwich. I am surprised Mr. McCrystal loves this bagel so much due to all the food that can get caught up in that beard! But when I took the first bite, I realized why he loves this bagel so much. The Taylor ham is thick and perfectly seasoned, the egg stays in place but is still soft and also perfectly seasoned, there is just the right amount of cheese on this bagel, and finally, the bagel is soft and warm. 

For the first time in my life, when I ate this bagel sandwich, I thought to myself that I was eating Taylor ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel instead of merely a bagel with a little bit of Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese. And because of that, I agree with Mr. McCrystal–the Pascarella Brother’s Taylor ham, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich is the best breakfast sandwich that has ever hit my tongue, in which I must add those comments do not come around everyday.
