The Rams have been on a heater recently by winning 4 of their last 5 games. After their win against Morris Hills at home the Rams would be faced with a conference rival Union Catholic – away. On the bump for the Rams would be junior Robbie Costello, who has been one of the Rams’ aces this season. The Rams would be down going into the top of the third but would tie the game up with a Seelagy single. The Rams would not be done with their scoring by putting up a four spot in the top of the fifth. On the other hand, Costello would continue to shove during the game and would exit by pitching 4 and a third, allowing 3 runs, and striking out 5 batters. Union Catholic would creep back into this game a bit more, but the Rams made sure to get their insurance runs thanks to Seelagy and Noah Falcon. Seelagy would continue to impress by earning the save in a 7-5 win, while also having 4 hits, and 2 RBIs.

Two days later the Rams would face Brearley, in a crucial conference matchup. Earlier in the season the Rams competed with the Bears until the very last inning in which the game got away. This time was different with the Rams having their ace Michael Greco on the hill. The Rams struck first in this contest at home, with Anthony Bibbo hitting a three-run shot for the Rams, to mark his sixth home run of the season. The Rams were not done with Noah Falcon getting a hit the next inning, and Ben Gaffney driving him in with a single. The Rams would be up 5-0 until Brearley would bounce back and score two of their own. The Rams decided to put them away with RBIs from Joe Loiacono, Victor Larach, and Kevin Colandrea. Michael Greco would continue to dominate after the fifth inning, allowing only 2 runs, and striking out 9. The Rams would get one more run with George Fagan stealing home on a passed ball making it 9-3, and setting up the finishing touches for Matt Seelagy. Seelagy would finish Brearley off with one strikeout, no runs, in 1.2 innings pitched. The Rams face Hanover Park Monday night in an out-of-conference matchup away at 7 p.m
