…Since coming here from Chatham High School. The impact that he has made has been incredible, and has helped Oratory win several games. Mcniff is a key reason why the team has been so successful this year, and is why they have the chance to win the division outright against New Providence. Everybody around the school knows how hard he works since he is always on our Cavelero Field before school practicing his shot, and trying to improve his game each and everyday.  Honorary Captain Ian Heffernan when referring to Mcniff says “He pushes me everyday to grind more and more on my game, and motivates me to be a better player on and off the field.” Mcniff has only been on the team for two years and last saturday in a game against Middletown South, he scored his 100th point in his Oratory career. Mcniff has a total of 4 goals, totaling 4 points for the game, and marking his 100th point in their tough loss by one. In an interview with Alex Parisi he says, “I always knew when I saw Mcniff working overtime that it would pay off for him, and I have always been rooting for him to accomplish whatever he wants.” “He truly has been a leader for our team, and his 100th point shows that he is a hard worker and a great teammate.” Although he scored his 100th point, Mcniff is still determined to bring the banner home for the Rams in their game against New Providence, in which he looks to add more points to his totals for his team.
