Ben Simmons is in hot water. As you may have heard, Ben Simmons is adamant about not playing another game for Philly. He has already not shown up for the training camp, and it seems he has no intention of playing. Many “Hall of Fame” players such as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Shaquille O’Neal, and Charles Barkley have spoken out against Simmons. Philly is panicked as no team is willing to trade for him. Simmons may have to rethink his strategy because he will face serious fines if he does not show up for work. I think Simmons acting like this is kind of silly. I don’t think it is worth losing money by not showing up for work. I think that Simmons should just work on these issues, or face more consequences, such as getting fined.
