NFL Mock Draft 1.0

Nicholas Snyder, Staff Writer

Cardinals – QB  Kyler Murray

  • Kyler Murray is a great fit for the Cardinal’s offense and their high paced play style, this playmaker will be terrific to get the Cardinals from zero to hero.

49ers – DE Nick Bosa

  • Nick Bosa is easily the most dominant defender in the draft and is well deserving of the No. 2 pick. Bosa will be great to help the 49ers defense, as they already have a promising offense.

Jets – DT Quinnen Williams

  • Williams has been compared to Aaron Donald already. This is exactly what the Jets need on defense to help become more feared in the NFL.

Raiders – DE Josh Allen

  • Not to be compared with the bills, this Josh Allen is a lot scarier. Out of Kentucky, this Defensive End is physical and strong, and a great fit for the Oakland Raiders.

Buccaneers – LB Devin White

  • The Bucs need a Linebacker, and Devin White is clearly the most dominant one in the draft. He has blazing speed, with a 40 yard dash time of only 4.42.

Giants – WR Marquise Brown

  • This is a rare pick because receivers are not as dominant in this year’s draft. But with the loss of their star receiver, they need some offensive power back, and I feel this could start with the speedster Marquise Brown.

Jaguars – QB Daniel Jones

  • This 6’5’’ QB is well fit for the Jags offense. There has been some controversy on who is the starting QB for the Jags, and maybe later in the season, Jones could start as a rookie. He could be perfect for the Jags and make them a winning team.

Lions – CB Byron Murphy

  • The Lions are in desperate need of some secondary help, and this is the way to get some. Murphy is a great all-around corner who can cover man and zone, and blitz with aggressiveness if he has to.

Bills – WR D.K Metcalf

  • The Bills’ biggest need is a receiver, and we know they were aggressive, showing interest in AB while he was available. I say the Bills would take the risk with D.K. Metcalf, because of his outstanding performance in the combine.

Broncos – DT Ed Oliver

  • Ed Oliver is a great fit for the Broncos defense alongside Von Miller. He is strong and fast, and a great pick for No. 10.

Bengals – LB Devin Bush

  • Devin Bush was a great LB with Michigan, and the Bengals would be a good place for him to start his NFL career. He is a fast blitzing Linebacker and is exactly what the Bengals need after the loss of Vontaze Burfict.

Packers – TE T.J. Hockenson

  • TJ Hockenson is a great blocking TE out of Iowa. The Packers need help with blocking and on offense, and TJ would be a great dual threat for them. Aaron Rodgers will be thrilled with a blocking Tight End who can give him the time he needs to deliver, and a great receiving target for Rodgers too.

Dolphins – TE Noah Fant

  • This Tight End is exactly what the Dolphins need to become a threat on offense again. They need a TE, and Fant is a fast, great catcher. He is also from Iowa, alongside TJ Hockenson. I say that they will get drafted back to back.

Falcons – OT Andre Dillard

  • The Falcons Offensive Line needs some help, and this is the best Offensive Tackle to help them out.

Redskins – Rashan Gary

  • Rashan Gary is a great Linebacker pick for the Redskins. Michigan had an outstanding defense this year, and Gary has led that team. The Skins could use a defensive threat such as Gary.

Panthers – CB Greedy Williams

  • Greedy Williams is a hyped and exciting player out of LSU football. LSU has been known to give excellent cornerbacks into the draft, and Williams is a prime example of this. The Panthers need some secondary help, and Greedy will get the interceptions the Panthers need to get them back into the playoffs.

Browns – LB Montez Sweat

  • Sweat is a great LB from Mississippi St. and has great speed as well. The Brown’s offensive power is dominant, and the one thing they need is an edge rusher, and what better way to get one with the most dominant edge rusher in the draft, in my opinion.
