On Wednesday, Oratory Prep Lacrosse hosted Livingston for a friendly scrimmage. Throughout the first 3 quarters, Oratory was mainly on defense. Even though Oratory’s defense fought valiantly, the Livingston offense tired them out by moving the ball around quickly. This led to Livingston scoring nine goals in the first half. But in the second half, Oratory’s offense began to awaken. Led by Matthew Garibaldi, Oratory would defiantly close the score down to eight points. Sadly this was not enough for Oratory to come away with the win, and the game ended with a score of 4 – 11. Matt Garibaldi (Junior attack/midfielder) scored a hat trick and Nick Dossin (Junior attack/midfielder) scored one point.
