An ancient OP Tradition makes its return on the 7th of December: Class Wars. Each Grade will be stacked against each other. The 7th Grade will face the 8th Grade, the 9th Grade will face the 10th Grade, and the 11th Grade will face the 12th Grade. The winner of each matchup will get a barbecue and field day. Class Wars 2017 will consist of three main events and other miscellaneous ones. The first event is the eternal struggle of balance and force. This is, of course, the competition of joust. The goal for the participants is to knock their opponent off the stand before they themselves are knocked off. The second event is the historical battle of gladiators. This is, of course, Sumo wrestling. The only way for one to win is to force their opponent out of the ring. The third and final main event is an old American sport that is still very popular. This is of course boxing. Although this boxing will be inflatable the goal is still the same as always. It is to ferociously strike the opponent and make them fall down. If these three events do not amuse you, there are other miscellaneous events such as Giant Jenga, Ping Pong, Kan Jam, and other various game. Even if you are not involved in these events, your role is very important. You must dress in your grade’s assigned color!!! This will not only show unity but dressing in your grade’s color will lead to points for these events. The winners will be the ones with the most points tallied from ALL events. If you want to participate, make sure you see your grade’s representatives by the end of this week. Good luck to all, and let the games begin!
