Apple just held its first-ever keynote event at the new Steve Jobs Theater where it introduced many new products and features. The headliner at the event was the new iPhone X (Pronounced “ten”). The 10th-anniversary-edition iPhone has a new design with a larger screen, facial recognition technology, and many other new features. Apple also unveiled a new Apple TV and Apple Watch.

Apple’s new iPhone X is the biggest change to its immensely popular phone in a long time. It includes an essentially bezel-less, OLED screen, wireless charging, and facial recognition cameras. Apple CEO Tim Cook suggested the technology in the iPhone X is an indication of the company’s philosophy for the future, saying they intend their products to be “simpler, cleaner and more intuitive to use.” It’s also the first and only iPhone without a home button as well as the most expensive at a whopping $999.

Apple is also launching two other new iPhones, the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, which looks a lot like the iPhones from the past 3 years. These are essentially updated versions of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. These phones will include a new glass back and an improved display.
