Mr. McCrystal is quickly on his way to becoming an OP legend.  Ever since first walking these halls as a student himself, he has known that Oratory would be a place he could never escape.  Being one of our most enthusiastic and involved faculty members, Mr. McCrystal acts in a number of roles: History Teacher, Humanities Dean, and Assistant Athletic Director. He also likes to bike around on crisp autumn days while claiming to coach Cross Country.  Students have reported that he "runs when he has to."  In the rare moments that he gets away from OP, Mr. McCrystal spends his time with his wife Erica and their three children: Blaise, Darby, and Donovan.  He also watches The Simpsons, participates in trivia games, applies copious amounts of sunblock, and spends a lot of time continuing to grow that beard of his.
