Stirling Hotel Review

Stirling Hotel Review

Kristian Grimm, Staff Writer

While the obvious advantage of eating at the Stirling Hotel is having your plates cleared by Oratory’s very own Chris Boylan and alum Steve Gallic, the food itself at the restaurant is very good as well. The atmosphere, along with the grub, is American (tavern-style), with wooden furniture all around and a bar at the front. Both TripAdvisor and Yelp give it 4/5 stars, while Google rates it 4.6/5. Although we are all underage, there have also been a number of positive reviews on the craft beer selection at the Stirling Hotel. Personally, I have been going to the restaurant since my elementary school days, and I’ve never been disappointed with the food, service, etc. I’ve tried numerous dishes there, ranging from burgers and steaks to various soups and salads, and they’ve all been outstanding. The service is quite good as well, and the waiters and waitresses are very personable and open to any request you may have.

Tip: When eating at the Stirling Hotel on the weekend, go as early as possible to avoid crazy waiting times.
